100% in-line vision
Every press and rewinder is equipped with a high-resolution vision system that compares each label against the approved master file in real time. Defective labels are flagged, mapped and removed during rewind — so the roll the customer applies is a clean roll.

Quality system
Our quality management system is aligned with ISO 9001 principles. Standard operating procedures govern setup, color approval, in-process inspection, rewind, packaging and shipping. Every job carries a quality record that any auditor can follow.
Traceability
Lot codes link every finished roll back to substrate batch, ink lot, plate set and operator. If a question arises six months after delivery, we can reconstruct the exact production conditions.
RFID encoding & verification
Smart label jobs are 100% encoded and read-verified in-line, with the encode log archived for audit. We support GS1 SGTIN, EPC Gen2 and custom encoding schemes.
