Documented process control
Every job follows a standard operating procedure from quote to ship: estimate review, prepress approval, press fingerprint check, color sign-off, in-process inspection, rewind QC, finished-goods inspection, packaging and shipping. Each step is logged.
Lot traceability
Every finished roll carries a lot code linking back to substrate batch, ink lot, plate set, press, operator, shift, and color readings. Should a question ever arise post-shipment, we can reconstruct the exact production conditions.
Customer audits welcome
Major CPG and pharma customers audit us regularly. We are set up for in-person quality audits, video facility tours, and remote document reviews.
